Ingredients1 lb ground beef
5 cups water
3 medium carrots, sliced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
5 tsp "Better than Bouillon" beef
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1 cup fresh or frozen green beans or peas
InstructionsIn a large saucepan, brown the beef
Add all other ingredients except beans (or peas) and bring to a boil
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are almost tender
Add green beans/peas and simmer, covered, for another 15 minutes
