InstructionsPreheat oven to 300
Line tray with aluminum
Remove rind from ham, leaving fat on
Score fat with a knife in a criss-cross pattern
Place ham in baking trat with 1/3 cup water and cover with foil
Bake for 30 minutes
Heat butter and non-water ingeredients over medium heat
Reduce to low and add garlic
Simmer for 4 or 5 minutes
Remove ham and increase oven temperature to 425
Remove foil and pour 1/3 of glaze over ham
Bake 15 minutes, add another 1/3, bake 15 minutes, and then once more
Rest 15 minutes before carving
