Charred Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1 head of fresh cabbage

Instructions
Cut cabbage into 4 wedges. Remove core.
Char wedges on a hot grill, about 10m per side. Middle should be tender but still with some crispness.
Remove and slice wedges, tossing away any totally blackened leaves.
Chill to room temperature and toss in a bowl with half of the lime dressing (see recipe).
