Ingredients1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chilled unsalted butter cut into 1/2" cubes
2 tbsp sliced basil leaves
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lime zest
1/4 tsp kosher salt
InstructionsPreheat oven to 375
Place flour, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, basil, zests, lemon juice and salt in a food processor
Pulse until moist clumps form
Form balls with dough and place on a baking sheet about 2" apart
Dust bottom of a cup with powdered sugar and flatten cookies
Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are brown
