Ingredients
3 tbsp chopped scallions
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp chopped chives
3 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 steaks (tenderloins or ribeye)
1/4 warmed brandy

Instructions
Saute scallions in 1 tbsp oil. Add chives, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
In a second frypan saute steaks with remaining oil until done. Top steaks with some of the scallion mixture. Pour warmed brandy over them. Ignite with a match and spoon sauce over steaks until the flames subside.
