Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups fresh blueberries
3 tbsp -> 1/3 cup of sugar (to taste)
2 tbsp sherry
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions
Mash blueberries in a saucepan with a potato masher
Bring to a simmer
Add sugar, sherry, and lemon juice
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
Mix cornstarch with 1/8 cup water and add to thicken
