Sauteed Portabello Mushrooms with Mozzarella

Ingredients
Portabella mushrooms
Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil
Salt and Pepper
Balasmic Vinegar

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a saucepan
Salt and pepper mushrooms
Saute mushrooms on both sides, covered, until cooked
Place cheese on top of mushrooms until melted
Place mushrooms on serving plate and drizel balsamic vinegar over them.
Slice strips of fresh basil and sprinkle over the musrooms.
