InstructionsCombine soy sauce and cider. Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer 3 minutes. Add butter and crushed garlic. Cook 20 minutes or until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Cool down to room temperature. Brush over salmon steaks and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes (an hour is better).
If using mesquite, soak in water for 20 minutes and then place on hot coals.
Grill salmon until done. Garnish with parsley and serve.
