Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 tsp butter
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
3 cups chicken broth
3 cups cubed turkey (or chicken)
1 - 16 oz package frozen veggies - thawed
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg

Instructions
Saute onion in butter until limp
blend in flour and salt
add chicken broth and simmer until thick and bubbly
add turkey and veggies and heat through
Pour into oven proof baking dish
Mix Bisquick, milk, and beaten egg until well blended.
Pour dough on top of turkey mixture
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until golden brown
